58 years and going strong

 

In 1957, Ruby Martin - the owner of the Cannington Hotel, and the founder of our Club - built a green outside the Hotel, and Cannington Bowling Club (inc.) was formed. Just over a decade later, with the Club running stronger than ever, a kind local donated land on George Street West to be used by the Club and in 1968 we moved to our current site. Since then, the building has been expanded numerous times, and extra greens added.

 

Now, in our 58th year, there is more good news arriving every day - keep your eyes peeled as we reveal what's to come!
